As they were asking for a favor, naturally, some form of compensation should be expected. They had been immersed in joy along the way and forgot that Purple Summers might have demands.
Old Master Simonson also looked towards Purple Summers with a hint of confusion.
Caitlin Carter said, "Of course... Ms. Summers, whatever your request is, we will try our best to accommodate it."
As she spoke, she also felt anxious, not knowing what Purple Summers might ask for. Would she make things difficult for them? Would she request something they couldn't fulfill? But... they had already arrived in Kingsley, so why hadn't she made any requests before coming?
