Purple Summers's words brought Atra Blanc back to her senses.
She leaned on the door, struggling to open her eyes and size up her daughter, and saw that although Purple's pajamas were disheveled, they were decently on. Everything that should be there was there, and Atra Blanc let out a sigh of relief.
If she let Purple be ruined by her own son at seventeen, she would have no face to see Meredith Richards in the afterlife!
Atra Blanc entered the room with a stern face and scrutinized it. Her gaze swept over the trash bin without spotting any suspicious wads of toilet paper, nor any condoms or similar packaging.
Despite that, she was still very angry.
"Alexander, you promised me…"
Before Atra Blanc could finish, Alexander Summers immediately interrupted her, "I'm not supposed to just enter my sister's room, right? Mom, your partiality knows no bounds; this is clearly my room!"
