Both people were furious.
Purple Summers cursed non-stop, and for every curse, Alexander Summers smacked her buttocks. In the end, Purple laid down on the sofa and wept bitterly.
She felt wronged to the core.
She didn't do anything wrong, so why was she being watched, bullied, and even beaten?
Alexander was so bothered by her crying that he felt a headache coming, and only then did he realize that he had forgotten to ask Zack Wallace to leave.
His eyebrows furrowed even tighter.
Zack hung his head low, pretending that he saw nothing and knew nothing.
"Take Ms. Summers home," Alexander rubbed his temples, feeling that both he and Purple needed some time to cool off.
Zack followed his order and left.
Alexander helped Purple up from the sofa, wiped her tears, put on her coat, and shouldered her bag-taking her to the underground parking lot.
Outside the private elevator, Zack's car had already been waiting for some time.
