Eve Thompson was just about to speak when Freya Morrison's phone suddenly rang.
Reluctantly letting go of Eve, she picked up the phone, glanced at it, and answered the call.
As soon as the call connected, Quentin Gibbs's voice came through, "Freya, where are you? Hurry back to school! Oliver Charles has gone crazy; he's looking for Alex Tonkin!"

Freya's pupils shrank, and she quickly turned to Eve, blurting out, "Iris, can you drive me to school right now?"
"Sure."
Without a second word, Eve started the sports car.
The drive from the office to the university was only half an hour.
All the way, Freya was absent-minded and panicky, holding her phone trying to call Oliver Charles, but he simply wasn't answering.
She could only keep in voice contact with Quentin Gibbs:
Quentin Gibbs: "Oliver Charles has lost it. Alex isn't in his dorm, and now he's searching the whole school for him..."
Freya quickly interjected, "Where are you guys now?"
