The man saw her appearance and didn't say anything else. He took a horse stance and said to her, "Let's start with the basics."
Iris Thompson nodded.
She followed him and got into position, but within just thirty seconds, she couldn't hold on any longer, and her legs were getting weak and trembling.
However, the man straightened up and found a ruler from somewhere, striking her fiercely on her calf.
The pain caused her to fall straight to the ground.
The man was very strict: "What are you shaking for? Stand up!"
Iris gritted her teeth and regained her posture.
Both of them were serious: one was trying to use physical pain to relieve her mental stress, the other was teaching cautiously, not treating her like a delicate woman.
An hour later, Iris was drenched in sweat.
Although extremely tired, she felt much better mentally.
