Staying alone?
Faith Williams asked with confusion, "Alone?"
The receptionist nodded, "Yes, alone."
The receptionist was actually a bit confused too. After Miss Thompson had checked in, she hadn't seen her leave the hotel, but then, just a short while later, she saw Miss Thompson going back upstairs.
However, the receptionist didn't think much of it.
It's possible that she simply hadn't noticed.
Faith Williams: ??
Faith Williams glanced back at the car, then coughed and decided to remind Miss Thompson. After all, if he could please Miss Thompson, she might be able to help him out of trouble in the future!
With that in mind, Faith picked up his phone and texted Eve Thompson: [Miss Thompson, you don't need to pay for the hotel. It's been charged to Mr. Charlie's account. Feel free to enjoy any amenities. Do you need me to order room service for you?]
