Eve Thompson slept in and went to school later.
When she entered the computer room, she noticed that the atmosphere was a bit tense. Oliver Charles had arrived early as usual, typing away on the computer keyboard while Teacher West was standing beside him, both looking serious. No one in the room dared to speak loudly.
Eve walked over to Freya Morrison and heard her quietly explain, "The deadline for the College Student Information Security Competition is in a week, but Oliver and Teacher West have not successfully optimized their software, so they're anxious."

Eve raised an eyebrow.
