Eve Thompson squinted her eyes, gripping the fork with a slight force, causing the veins on the back of her hand to bulge. She could feel the anger surging in her body, and her face twisted to an extreme.
Anthony Charlie listened to skay's words as if he were hearing a joke.
He calmly continued eating, but caught a glimpse of the girl opposite him changing her expression from the corner of his eye.
Before he could react, she slammed the fork in her hand onto the table with a loud "smack" and suddenly stood up.
Anthony's fork paused in midair, and a glint of light flashed through his eyes.
Was she so angry because of him?
Eve Thompson coldly said, "You were the one who cut in line and insulted us first, and we retaliated after. If anyone should apologize, it should be you first, right?"
Her resolute words silenced everyone in the cafeteria for a moment.
