While Jane was discussing some acting techniques with a few teachers, suddenly, a man in a crisp suit appeared—it was the lawyer who had just visited the theatre yesterday.
"Miss Sampson," the lawyer approached Jane and greeted her first.
On seeing him, Jane asked, "Are you here to see our director? Wait a second, I'll have Coco call the director for you from the front."
"No," the lawyer said with a gentle smile, "I've been entrusted to deliver something to Miss Sampson."
With that, the lawyer handed over a package that looked very nice to Jane, topped with a small pink bow.
Jane immediately guessed that it must be James Black who had asked the lawyer to deliver something on his behalf.
"Thank you so much!" Jane quickly took it and expressed her gratitude.
