"Mr. Carter replied?" Jane Sampson didn't know about the follow-up, so she was a bit surprised when Peter Gingery said James Carter had replied.
"Check Twitter," Peter Gingery said, "I saw James Carter's reply when I went to get a meal just now. It was very domineering – just four characters, 'no more than three times.' It seemed like a warning."
