A while later, indeed, James Black saw Jane Sampson's car at the gate entrance, and Jane Sampson was sitting inside the car.
After walking over, James first spoke to his subordinates, then signed in before he walked over to Jane's car and directly opened the passenger seat to sit down.
As soon as Jane saw James sit down, her first reaction was to hug her head very cowardly with both hands, revealing only a pair of eyes, half-squinting at James.
"What are you doing?" James frowned slightly, "Not driving in, are you playing monkey out here?"
Playing monkey?
Jane pursed her lips, then slowly lowered her hands and asked with disbelief, "You're not going to hit me?"
"When have I ever hit you?" James scoffed, flicked her forehead with his hand, "Hurry and drive in, I'll take you to my dormitory first."
"Now," Jane softly talked back.
