James Black didn't rush to return to the guard team, instead he drove the car into the parking lot.
Only after the car was parked did Jane Sampson put on her hood, mask, and glasses; when she was set, she unbuckled her seatbelt and reached out to open the car door.
She pushed twice but couldn't get it open.
Jane turned her head to look at James Black and reminded him, "Your car door is locked."
Jane listened as James Black hummed in response, but he still sat there, motionless, staring at her.
"What are you doing?" Jane removed her sunglasses from her nose bridge, waved them in front of James Black, and teased, "Daydreaming?"
James Black took Jane's hand into his, she rolled her eyes at him and leaned forward to try opening the door herself. However, as soon as she leaned in, James Black suddenly tightened his grip on her hand and yanked her over, causing Jane to fall straight into his arms.
