"Do you like these red berries?" James Black suddenly asked.
Jane Sampson nodded and then took out a squashed one to give to James Black, "Look, it got crushed, not edible anymore. I was actually planning to bring it back and soak it in milk and yogurt."
"I'll have Peter Gingery pick a basket for you in the mountain village tomorrow at noon, and I'll buy you yogurt tomorrow morning," James Black chuckled, "He ate one of your peaches, so returning a basket of red berries is only fair."
Jane Sampson blinked her eyes, feeling, "He might just smash that peach onto my face tomorrow."
"Tell him it was my idea," James Black said and then went to the kitchen to get a fruit plate for Jane Sampson, "Choose for yourself, I'm going to take a bath."
"Oh." Jane Sampson glanced at James Black and then slowly sat down on the sofa, drew her legs up onto it, seeing no reaction from him, she slowly crossed them, then reached out to take the fruit plate.
