The sigh was so enigmatic that both Jane Sampson and the makeup artist felt it was inexplicable, given that Quincy Forest was usually like a carefree girl who could laugh and was heartless.
"What's wrong?" Jane Sampson asked, puzzled.
"Lightning from a clear sky, bad news," Quincy Forest said, holding her forehead. "I reckon I won't be able to stay with this film crew for much longer."
"Why?" Jane queried an assumption. "Is there something at home that requires you to return early?"
"Not at all," Quincy shook her head. "My cousin has come here too. He said he would visit the set to check on me when he's less busy at work, but I'm certain, after he sees me, he'll definitely pack me up and take me home."
