"Is that so?" Bright Sampton seemed a bit smug, "Sister, don't worry, I know exactly what I'm doing."
Seeing that Bright Sampton said so much and was indeed making well-planned moves in this matter, Jane Sampton did not say anything more.
"Alright, then I won't try to persuade you anymore," Jane Sampton said.
Just as Bright Sampton had said himself, he was of age now, not a little child anymore. He had the right to make his own choices, and moreover, he had the ability to independently think and analyze right from wrong.
"It's my sister who understands me." Bright Sampton happily linked arms with Jane Sampton as they walked back into the house, saying on the way, "There's nothing to worry about here; you go back to the guard team. Otherwise, when you start filming the new play, you won't have time to be with your brother-in-law."
"You sure do worry about a lot," Jane Sampton teased with a laugh.
