Jane Sampson subconsciously reached for her mobile phone to follow him, and just as she was about to speak, James Black suddenly turned around and looked back at her, asking, "I'm off to take a bath, you following me to take another one?"
James Black always had the ability to be a cheeky rogue with the straightest face.
Jane's old face blushed, she shook her head, and quickly ran off, lying down on the sofa. Only after she heard no more of James Black's voice did she sneak a peek from behind the sofa towards the bedroom.
James Black's eyes seemed to be on the back of his head, for just as she had a glance, he quickly turned around and looked back at her. Jane whooshed her head back behind the sofa.
After closing the bathroom door, James couldn't hold back a smile, curling the corner of his lips as a low chuckle escaped him.
Really...
