James Black then lowered his gaze to the watch on his wrist, it was the unexpected model.
"Mm," James Black's corner of the mouth lifted slightly, "it's a bit richer than I had imagined."
"The day before yesterday, I went to the specialty counter to pick up the watch. After I paid the money, I had only a tiny bit of change left in my account, not even enough for Häagen-Dazs ice cream," Jane Sampson said with a face full of grievance. "I'm now utterly broke."
James Black patted Jane Sampson's head, exactly wanting her to be in a financial state where she couldn't even afford ice cream.
"You're not unwilling to give it?" Before Jane Sampson put the watch on his wrist, James Black really thought that he couldn't pry the watch out of her hands.
