James Black gave Alexander Forest a cool glance, and silence suddenly fell over the driver.
Finally, it was quiet.
There was a bit of traffic on the road, and the two of them didn't arrive at the auction venue until nearly 6 o'clock.
The auction event was held at an exclusive private club, which covered a large area. Tonight, the club had suspended its business to the public, only admitting guests with invitations to the auction.
The entire clubhouse was under strict security, inside and out.
"It seems there are some good things here tonight," Alexander Forest looked around and commented, "Look at the security system's protection level, it's quite high."
"These are top domestic security professionals, and the electronic security systems they use are also the most cutting-edge technology," James Black said, "Tonight there are several antiques up for auction."
