Benjamin Worthington had been a part of the swimming team before he retired; getting into the water was definitely more his forte than climbing trees.
While everyone was discussing how long Benjamin Worthington could hold out, the guard team was also in an uproar.
At the guard team, it wasn't Peter Gingery who first got the news from the mountain village, but Lieutenant Johnson. He was astonished when he heard that Jane Sampson had climbed up into a tree to avoid a clash with the second team and stayed there for an entire afternoon.
Peter Gingery was right next to him when he instinctively turned his head and asked, "Your sister-in-law knows how to climb trees?"
"Climb trees?" Peter Gingery exclaimed, thought for a moment, nodded, then shook his head.
"What's with you nodding then shaking your head? Does she know how or not?" Lieutenant Johnson was completely baffled by Peter Gingery.
