After James Black got the boarding pass and checked in the luggage, he escorted Jane Sampson to the security checkpoint and didn't go any further. He stood at the entrance, watching until Jane's figure was no longer visible before he turned and left.
"Sister Jane, you and he seem to have a really good relationship," Elizabeth King couldn't help murmuring to Jane Sampson in the VIP Hall's waiting lounge.
"Who has a good relationship with him?" Jane Sampson replied, suppressing a smile at the corner of her mouth, but she couldn't hide the amusement in her eyes.
"He must have taken the wrong medicine today," Jane said, and then she couldn't help letting out a soft laugh.
It was quite sudden that James Black decided to come home to drive her to the airport today, which was the first surprise he gave her. Afterward, when she deliberately asked him if he couldn't bear to part with her, and he didn't even argue, that was the second surprise for Jane today.
