Madeleine and her mother quickly turned their heads upon hearing this and indeed saw Howard Coleman standing outside the small living room door, holding something in his hands.
Although Madeleine and Howard had divorced, the relationship between the two families had not been estranged because of the children but remained as usual. Madeleine's mother saw Howard and quickly stood up, "Howard is here?"
Howard nodded slightly, his complexion looking a bit pale, "Hello, Aunt."
After pausing for a moment, he then explained the reason for his visit, "My mom brought back some fruit from Pavale, and she asked me to deliver some over."
Madeleine's mother hurriedly took it and handed it to the maid to take away, then gestured to the sofa in the small living room, "Please, sit down."
Howard nodded and stared at Madeleine for a while before he moved to sit down.
