The phone was answered by Ruby Gregory. Upon hearing that, her heart suddenly felt heavy. She slowly hung up and somewhat reluctantly said to Mrs. Taylor, who was busy in the kitchen, "Mrs. Taylor, Steve Burton wants you to go upstairs."
Upon hearing this, Mrs. Taylor immediately stopped what she was doing, washed her hands, and went upstairs.
After a while, Mrs. Taylor came out of the master bedroom on the second floor and went to the guest bedroom on the top floor. After bustling about for a while, she finally came out and said to Ruby, who was sitting in a daze on the sofa in the living room, "Ms. Gregory, I've tidied up the guest room for you."
Ruby was momentarily surprised by this and glanced unconsciously at the master bedroom where Steve was. "Steve tonight..."
"Mr. Steve said that you've been busy all day, so you should rest early."
