Madeleine returned from Oceania, adjusted for about a week, and officially went back to work at Pristine's Enterprises. She was still in charge of the clients she managed before going to Oceania.
Her departure for Oceania had been so hurried that there was simply no time to hand over her work at Pristine's. It wasn't until she arrived at the company and heard the report from her secretary that she realized the clients she had been responsible for over the past three years had all been looked after by Howard Coleman.
On Monday afternoon, Steve Burton, Edward Woods, Russell Henris, Howard Coleman, and Madeleine held a brief high-level meeting. At the end of the meeting, Steve opened his mouth and said, "Mr. Taylor from Costo Group has come over from Poham. This was a client originally managed by Madeleine, but Howard has been taking care of it for the past few years. What do you think... who should host him tonight?"
