Wayne Bailey opened his eyes, his blue eyes coldly looking at her without warmth.
"Uncle, you had a fever and got drunk, and ended up in my room…" Anna Jadwin didn't dare mention his nearly overstepped actions from the night before, "I made some porridge for you, would you like to eat some?"
Leaning back, Wayne Bailey remained unmoved, his expression icy and rigid.
Anna Jadwin held out the porridge to him, but he didn't take it.
"Have a little, if you continue like this, your body will collapse." Anna Jadwin scooped a spoonful of porridge, gently blew on it, and tried to feed him.
Wayne Bailey took the spoon in his mouth.
He didn't want to care about who the woman in front of him was, he just wanted to follow his heart.
His heart was the most honest; it wouldn't lie to him, he wished to be blind again.
"You're eating now." Anna Jadwin was happy, she pulled a chair closer to the bed and fed him again.
