Cathy Xavier's passionate gaze looked at him, coveting every inch of Wayne Bailey.
"Haven't gone to bed?" Wayne frowned slightly, putting on his glasses, "It's too late; you should sleep early."
"Wayne... are you going to spend the night with your computer in the study again?" Cathy asked in a soft voice.
"I was in a coma for most of the year after my surgery, the company was headless; how can I ignore that?"
He didn't go to the office during the day and left all his time for her, only staying up all night to work on things.
Of course, outsiders only saw him playing around during the day, never noticing his exhaustion at night.
"It's precisely because you just had surgery a few months ago that you should take good care of yourself." Cathy walked up to him, held out a cup of milk, "I added specially made honey to it, which is said... to be good for the body."
Wayne stiffened as he understood the implication behind her tone and gaze.
