Wayne Bailey's face darkened, not because of the scald, but because Raphael Bailey had openly disregarded him!
"Whoever bullies Country Girl is my enemy," Raphael Bailey sneered coldly. "I'd better not see it happen again. Otherwise... I'll beat them every time I see it."
"You want to rebel?" Wayne Bailey slammed his hand hard on the table.
"Wayne, forget it... I'm fine," Cathy Xavier pressed a napkin to her chest. "Raphael doesn't understand much, I can understand that. Maybe he has a misunderstanding with me."
Wayne Bailey's chilly gaze swept past her, telling her to mind her own business.
"I'll just go get a doctor to put some medicine on it..." Cathy Xavier couldn't stand the intense burning pain any longer.
If a scald doesn't get treated in time, it can easily leave scars.
Two servants helped her and quickly left the dining room.
