She removed his socks, rolled up his pants, and was about to put his feet into the foot bath.
"Are you trying to burn me to death?" Wayne Bailey touched the water and instantly pulled back, his face turning pale with anger.
"This water was prepared by your wife, Ms. Xavier," Anna Jadwin replied.

"Wayne, is it too hot? Shall I add some cold water?"

"Add some cold water," he stared at her reddened hands.
"The water temperature is a bit hot, but it's better for the feet if it's hot," Anna Jadwin said with a smile.
