"Madam, Mr. Bailey wants to take a bath again."
"Didn't he just take one?" Anna Jadwin frowned, it would be his third bath today.
Wayne Bailey was leaning against the headboard, with a laptop on his lap, attending a video conference.
His ordinarily tense face regained its usual cold and aloof demeanor, and the ice-cold ruthlessness shone in his blue eyes.
Anna Jadwin carried a basin of water to him, wishing she could brush his entire body like it was a layer of skin.
"So, are you gonna bathe or not?"
Wayne Bailey turned off the microphone and glanced at her coldly. "Ms. Jadwin, do you know the difference between washing and wiping?"
She had wiped him down three times, each time only wiping his upper body.
Did he think his legs were just for show?
"Aren't you paralyzed in bed and unable to move? I've been following the standard for taking care of disabled people..."
