Wilfred had people searching everywhere and pulled the hotel surveillance footage, only to discover that Anna Jadwin had left the hotel alone around 5 in the morning.
Wayne Bailey stared at the video, feeling as though he had plunged into hell in an instant, and let out a cold laugh.
He had deliberately taken her to revisit their old spots, thinking she might remember the good about him and voluntarily reveal her hardships and secrets.
But she left.
"Master, do we send someone to chase after her now? She left less than half an hour ago; she couldn't have gotten out of Sloviane!"
Wayne Bailey coolly said there was no need and stood by the window for two hours straight.
What was the point in having someone bring her back?
