He lifted his hand gently and grasped her chin, tilting her face upward.
Then, leaning down, his thin lips captured her delicate, cool lips.

His breath fanned her face, filled with the cold fragrance emanating from his body. Aldana Candi had nowhere to evade and was slowly overwhelmed onto the bed.
Her body involuntarily tensed up, fear creeping over her as she opened her eyes slightly to gaze at his handsome face so close to hers—this man was as beautiful as an angel but with a heart colder than any demon's.
She had suffered enough in his hands, her body starting to tremble reflexively from his touch.
