She went to the mall Norris Moore had mentioned, asked the security guard, and learned that indeed, in the early morning around seven o' clock, a young, pretty Eastern woman wearing a white dress had come in, but she left quickly after making her purchases.
Tilly Flower also successfully found the saleswoman at the counter and confirmed whether the woman was Norris Moore. The saleswoman said the same thing as the security guard, that Norris Moore left after her purchase.
The calls wouldn't go through, showing the phone was switched off. When Norris Moore left, she only took her mobile and a single card; she even left her wallet behind.
Because the mall was very close to the hotel, and she didn't seem like she was planning to go on a long journey, Tilly Flower wasn't too worried about her.
So now that she had switched off her phone, it meant that she had completely vanished in London.
She didn't even have her passport or ID on her!
