He wore a stern face as he extinguished his cigarette on the windowsill and moved to the bed to fetch the blanket, which he then draped over Norris Moore's shoulders.
He reached out, lifted her from the bathroom, and placed her on the sofa.
With only the blanket on her, Norris felt uneasy, shrinking into herself on the couch, "Don't I have any clothes?"
"..."
"What about underwear?"
"..."
Norris crossed her legs, the entire person seemed a bit off.
The man fetched a dry towel and started to wipe her hair.
The room was cold with a draft; Norris couldn't help but sneeze.
The man standing behind the sofa wiping her hair looked at her pale face, his eyes darkened for a moment. He withdrew his hand, walked around from the side of the sofa, lifted her from it, then sat down enclosing her in his arms. He dabbed at her hair with the towel, catching the water droplets falling from her locks.
