Liam Swallow looked at the calm and indifferent young man standing in front of him, unable to suppress his anger as he questioned, "Trenton, didn't you say they weren't dating? What's going on now?!" They've even gone as far as bringing her home to meet the parents! He was afraid that he might not be careful, and Rufus Swallow and Norris Moore would really get engaged!
Trenton Smith took a sip of wine indifferently, "They won't get engaged."
Liam didn't believe him at all now: "You used to say they weren't dating! Look at the way they are with each other, do they seem like they're not dating?"
Trenton put his wine glass aside, glancing at Liam, "So what?" he spoke in a calm and somewhat indifferent tone, without showing much emotion, "Are you going to take advantage of the family feast to have her acknowledge her ancestry directly?"
Upon hearing this, Liam took a deep breath, and all of his anger dissipated.
