Sometimes he would call, sometimes he would forget to call, Norris would sometimes wait for him, and sometimes she would eat first.
Norris turned on the TV and started watching a variety show.
At nine-thirty, the housekeeper came over again to ask if she was hungry, but she still said she had no appetite.
Close to midnight, Trenton's car stopped at the courtyard entrance. The housekeeper rushed out with an umbrella to greet him. Trenton came in with a cool mist of rain on him, and picked up Norris who was lying on the sofa with a blanket over her, asleep.
"Mmm..." She woke up drowsily, reached out her hand to hug the man's neck, and softly asked, "You're back?"
Trenton carried her into the dining room, and looked down at her face, "Why didn't you have dinner?"
"I had no appetite." She yawned, "Have you eaten?"
Trenton nodded, "Yes."
Norris didn't say anything. She sat in the dining chair, picked up her chopsticks, and listlessly ate the food that Trenton had prepared for her.
