"Thank you." Norris didn't stand on ceremony with him, and took a bite right away.
"Why didn't you come in last night since you were here?" Treton looked at her face. "Was it really interesting to sit outside in the rain?"
Hearing this, Norris raised her head and glanced at him, then smiled. "Why should I come in and listen to you sing 'Happy Birthday' to Sherry?"
Treton's eyebrows furrowed at once. He scrutinized Norris' facial expression, her face with a cool, sarcastic smile, appearing casual and indifferent.
Treton closed his eyes, leaned back on the sofa, and pinched the bridge of his nose. "Do you know how I felt when I saw you sitting in the rain on the surveillance camera?"
Norris laughed, "You don't have to think too much. I wasn't there to catch you cheating. I just wanted to scare you by sitting there. I didn't expect the rain to be so heavy."
