Norris Moore seemed to be taken aback for a moment.
After a while, she slowly smiled and spat out a word from her mouth: "Get lost."
Trenton Smith, on the other hand, looked calm, as if he already knew what she was going to say. He lowered his head and gave her a gentle kiss on the lips, whispering, "It would be nice if we had a child..."
His soft voice reached Norris' ears, and her eyebrows wrinkled uncontrollably, her sleepiness vanished.
She turned her back to him and did not look at him. Trenton's arm wrapped around her from behind, locking her body tightly in his embrace.
His warmth began to spread from where their backs touched, making Norris feel a suffocating sense of being unable to escape from him.
Perhaps she really owed him in her previous life, which was why she was suffering so much in this life.
But she would never give him another chance to hurt her again.
Never again.
