Ava looked helplessly at Norris, who was crouched on the ground as if she couldn't bear it any longer. She wasn't sure what happened between Norris and Trenton, only that Norris still seemed to care a lot about Trenton, which was why she went to tell Norris that Trenton was still outside waiting.
However, looking at Norris's reaction, she wondered if she had done something wrong.
"Sister Moore...are you alright?"
She called out cautiously.
Norris crouched on the ground for a while, then suddenly stood up, pushed Ava aside, and rushed downstairs.
Startled, Ava hurriedly followed her.
By the time Ava caught up, Norris had already run downstairs. She saw Norris open the door, the cold wind causing her nightdress to flutter. Her long hair was soon soaked by the heavy rain. Ava cried out "Sister Moore", but Norris had already charged into the downpour, rushing up to Trenton and furiously slapping him across the face!
