She lifted her hand to brush his hand away, stepped back, raised her head, and looked at him, "I can't play your game anymore Trenton Smith."
Trenton Smith lifted his gaze to meet hers.
The look in his eyes was complicated as he looked at her.
"There's nothing more to say. I will explain everything to Ava. Please, don't bother Ava anymore."
She took a deep breath, she wiped the corner of her eyes, picked up her bag, and turned her back to leave.
Sitting in his office chair, Trenton Smith watched Norris Moore's silhouette disappear from the doorway. He pulled Emma away from him and coldly said, "Get out."
