On Saturday, Norris Moore had a rare lie-in.
With no announcements, she lazily got out of bed and went to the bathroom to brush her teeth and wash up.
Her villa was very quiet as she didn't hire house staff; only a cleaner would come on time for cleaning. Mostly, Tilly Flower and Fish Yummy would come over during their leisure time to cook for her. However, more often, they would bring takeaway for her.
Stepping out of the bathroom, she sat on the couch, closing her eyes to refresh herself. The sunlight made her warm. She lay on the sofa for a while before she went downstairs.
On the crystal coffee table in the living room was a bunch of light purple hyacinths brought by Fish Yummy this morning. Placed in a vase, the flowers were still dewdrops fresh. Norris walked over, picked up a petal that had fallen on the table. She twirled it on her fingertips, then opened the package of food nearby, took out a bag of hot milk, and turned on the TV to watch some entertainment news.
