"Brother Three, we are going for a meal, so we won't disturb you." Rufus Swallow looked at Trenton Smith whose eyes were flashing with cold light; a bright smile on his face, he held Norris Moore's hand and led her to the room.
Trenton Smith stood still, watching Norris Moore's receding figure, and as he saw her clasped hand with Rufus Swallow, dark clouds gradually gathered in his eyes.

Norris Moore sat down, removed her baseball cap and sunglasses, and cast her eyes down, lost in thought.
Rufus Swallow picked a few dishes Norris liked from the menu, then put the menu aside, and asked, "Are you really that scared of him?"
Norris Moore raised her head to glance at him, then lightly frowned and whispered, "I'd prefer not to discuss this."
Rufus Swallow simply nodded. "Alright, let's eat. After the meal, I'll take you home."
Norris Moore pursed her lips, then went silent again. Deep melancholy hung on her face, her brows knitting together.
