"Norris Moore, stop being so willful." His voice was a bit somber, carrying a touch of chilly ruthlessness. "She is currently in the hospital. She might die if I don't go. I will be back quickly. Eat on time while you are at home. As for this week's hospital check-up, I'll have Secretary Lindsay go with you."
Norris Moore hugged him, gazing at his handsome profile, her eyes somewhat dazzled. It took a moment before she softly replied, "If you go, I'll die too." She looked at him and gave a faint smile. "What if my test for HIV turns out positive this time? Even then, you don't want to accompany me?"
Norris Moore seldom acted so stubbornly. If it was anything else, he would surely agree.
But Sherry White was different.
