Norris Moore lifted her reddened eyes, "Norton Foster you bastard..." she cursed weakly, utterly exhausted. Of course, she would get help, no matter the cost, she must get Trenton Smith to save Amelia Miller...
She leaned against the wall, her head low, her body taut like a drawn bow, "Why is she like this?"
Norton Foster said softly: "She is pregnant. She doesn't want this child, but I do... we had an argument," his voice paused here, then slowly continued, "She jumped from a building, causing a miscarriage."
Norris Moore's eyes widened slightly, her pupils contracted, looking at Norton Foster in disbelief, then she rushed over, lifted her hand, and slapped him hard on the face!
"Slap!"
The sharp sound of slap echoed in the silent hospital room. Norton Foster's bodyguards all shuddered, looking at Norris Moore in unison.
They dared not move because Norton Foster did not react.
"Monster!" Norris Moore glared at him, gritting her teeth, "How could you do this to her!!"
