Norris Moore heard him, but didn't respond. She just looked up at him and smiled.
Trenton Smith saw contempt in her eyes.

He slowly tightened his grip on the cigarette between his fingers, a dark shadow flickering across his face.
"Even if I were to deceive someone, I would never deceive you." She said coldly, "Trenton Smith, I hate you. You can verify what I said today with anyone. Many people know us, so there's no need for me to tell lies that can be easily exposed."
Because she hated him, she wouldn't lie —— because the truth would only push her further away from him.
Trenton Smith slowly looked away, his expression indifferent. "You hate me, I believe you're not lying to me. But I hate you too..." He lowered his gaze and let out an enigmatic laugh, not saying anything else, just saying, "You should go back."
Norris Moore looked at him, and then took a step back, turning around and quickly leaving.
