Alex choked on a mouthful of red wine.
"What?"
"I mean, I can't find a job."
Alex lifted his hand and touched her head: "Once the business in Tung City is stable, let's settle in America."
Norris was taken aback: "Huh?"
"Bring Elias and your father with us, too. I came back to Tung City for you, and I can rest assured if you're in the United States." After speaking, Alex looked at her, "But, I never asked for your opinion. Norris, would you like to live with me in the United States?" His voice was gentle, "You may not get used to the food and living conditions there, but I will always be with you. If you don't like Western food, I can learn to cook your favorite Chinese dishes. I promise you'll grow chubby and healthy."
Norris looked at the man under the light, his brows dazzlingly radiant. His gaze was like a lake, submerging her.
