Norris Moore moved out of the villa.
Alex helped her rent a studio apartment in the neighborhood, where she lived. The room was small but cozy and independent, without the shadow of Trenton Smith. She could finally breathe freely for a few days.
Alex was busy with business negotiations for Evelyn Miller, and since he had almost been put in jail recently, the company had fallen behind schedule. Both Alex and Evelyn were extremely busy, so Norris didn't want to disturb them. After resting alone in her apartment for a few days, she considered finding a job.
She couldn't always rely on Alex to support her. She had to be able to pay for her daily expenses.
She only had a high school diploma and couldn't find a decent job. It was the off-season, and supermarkets weren't hiring salespeople. Disappointed after days of searching, Norris returned home empty-handed.
