Secretary Lindsay had just finished taking a bath when she received a phone call from Trenton Smith.
"Hello, President Smith, did something happen?" Her hand was trembling, wondering if Norris Moore had messed up the gathering. She had said taking Norris Moore was a bad idea!
Trenton Smith's voice sounded the same as usual on the phone, just a bit more rigid: "Go buy a set of women's clothing and send them to the hotel. Be quick."
Secretary Lindsay nodded in agreement and hurried to change her clothes and buy the feminine attire. As she did this, she felt confused—Was a wardrobe change necessary just for a meal?
A few police cars were parked at the hotel entrance. Seeing this frightened Secretary Lindsay. What could be happening in the middle of the night?
She quickly ran to the bathroom that Trenton Smith had mentioned, carrying the newly bought clothes. She saw that the man was already standing at the door.
