As the zombies approached near, I wasn't nervous, I don't know why, but I'm thankful.
It's stupid to face a horde of zombies if it's on a plain area, I know that, then why am I luring them on a plain area? that's easy because I have traps prepared.
Zombies are dumb and only following their instinct. These zombies are more than a hundred, rushing towards me, I immediately threw my dozens of molotov and began shooting, while the burn slow them down I shoot them on the head, every bullet equals one zombie, they are only rushing to me straight line because I set the cars that was parked here to cover anyplace for them to go for me.
Like in the history of the 300 spartans that faced 20 times bigger than them, this was the same tactics, wasn't it? it was a success like mine.
I killed them all. Every one of them, I first left and left the fire be, I already took everything from the cars so there's no use of them anymore.
The next day, I went there, and there were some zombies lurking around, I killed them all, and the fire should have attracted zombies, specifically in the night.
Before I go downstairs, I again fire a pistol that doesn't have silencer, waited for a whole hour, and only dozens of them came out, the place is dark and I need to be careful not to do the same mistake again.
The darkness is my problem, I can't see the zombies, that's why I took a flashlight that can shine brighter then normal flashlight, it shape square I took every flashlight I have and put it on my backpack.
I slowly went downstairs, minding every step I take. The moment I got down, I immediately put down my bag and set the flashlight. Looking around, it's clear, I noticed that the bunker was only a rectangular shape, no other rooms, just a plain rectangular, big like a basketball court.
I checked carefully, and the only room it has was a storage room, ventilation unit and toilets, and that's it, I found the light switch, and again, it worked, I traced the wire again solar panels, the bunker was now cleared.
For the whole day, I spent my way cleaning everything, the cars, the bodies everything, a week later, and the bunker is now my base.
A month quickly passed without me noticing, I've been working on the bunker day and night, and the foods I have can last for more than a year just by myself, guns, and ammo I found in the village and the bunker is enough to kill a thousand zombies, I even spend weeks on the water pump just to store enough water, after that I make vegetables farm with the use of the LED grow lights that they have, they sure are prepared aren't they.
And this bunker is not really a bunker, isn't it? it's more like a bomb shelter to me, though it's advanced since they even have a ventilation unit. The problem of water still concerns me, and I can't keep hiding.
For the past months, I made a clear decision and built my own small base around the bunker. With the materials I took from the village, it was a success.
I make it spacious enough to grow more vegetables. Also, with basic engineering, I barely made a pump for the water to travel on my base.
The wall around my base was made of iron roofs from the houses of the village, straightening it with woods, rocks, and a Sketchy Concrete.
I've also made a watch tower and place cctvs around the entrance and exit of the village, and near here, I also made traps and an emergency escape, If I'm going to make this anyway why not just make the whole village my base? you may ask.
That's because it's too noticeable, my base here is far away from the village so is the main road, if they found the village that was completely looted they wouldn't even mind checking it.
My base is perfect. With raiders and zombies in mind, I can fend them off, but I really need manpower, huh? I can't run this all by myself.
Just when I thought that people won't even come to the village, a group of survivors came.
