Zeldius raised an eyebrow, saying, "Oh, is that so?" He then chanted, "Steel magic, fierce spiral spears!" The spears vanished and reappeared, launching a relentless attack on Zeldius from all directions. Zeldius couldn't help but wonder, "How is this even possible? How are my own spears damaging me like this?"
Iris, observing the battle, muttered, "Mana domain mirror mirage," causing beams of magic to rain down on Gurdium from all sides, bathing him in radiant light. Astrea couldn't help but comment, "So this is what a vice-captain can do?"
Iris silently reflected, "My mana domain is nowhere near as perfect or refined as Lucifer or Licht's, but if I keep this up, maybe, just maybe, I can defeat him."
Zeldius grinned, retorting, "Oh, you thought I didn't learn anything from my fight against your mother?" Iris looked puzzled as Zeldius unleashed, "Spatial magic, mana destruction," shattering the entire prism prison domain.
Anew whispered to Riruru, "Mam, I have an idea. Trap him with your thread magic, and I'll use my enchantment magic." Riruru nodded, responding, "Okay." She cast, "Thread magic, thread trap," ensnaring Zeldius in a cocoon of threads. Anew followed up with, "Enchantment magic, death toil," attempting to place Zeldius under his control. However, to their surprise, it had no effect.
Anew pondered, "Why isn't my enchantment working on him? Could it be because he's undead?" As desperation set in, Astrea rose to his feet and declared, "It's not over yet," charging toward Zeldius.
Zeldius countered with a swift steel magic punch, sending Astrea crashing into a small house. Astrea winced, thinking, "That last attack definitely broke two of my ribs. I can take maybe two more hits like that." He then unleashed all his magical power, and Zeldius couldn't help but wonder, "Why does this kid have so much magic power?"
As all the winds in the village began to spin, Zeldius felt disoriented, thinking, "Why is my head spinning like this?" Astrea's eyes turned pure white as he chanted, "Spin magic, Zephyr ring," causing rubble and winds to converge on Zeldius in a vortex of destruction.
Zeldius, in a state of panic, wondered, "What is this kid thinking?" Astrea continued, "Now, Saturn!" The swirling debris and winds stopped spinning and struck Zeldius like an irresistible gravitational force, even dragging houses into the onslaught. Zeldius was crushed under the overwhelming assault.
Riruru saw her chance and acted, using her air magic to create a zone devoid of air around Zeldius. Meanwhile, Iris thought, "Is this finally over?" However, Zeldius emerged from the rubble, taunting, "Is that your pathetic attempt to kill me?" He approached the downed Astrea, stepping on his back and inflicting more pain.
Just as the sky began to darken, Astrea noted, "Oh, the sky is getting black; maybe it's going to rain." Thunder rumbled in the clouds as a bolt of lightning struck Zeldius, paralyzing him. Another bolt landed near Astrea, and a mysterious man grabbed Zeldius by the wrist, declaring, "Get away from my juniors, you fiend!"
With a fierce shout, he unleashed, "Thunder magic, raging thunder fist!" and sent Zeldius hurtling across several small houses. Zeldius was bewildered, thinking, "Who is this guy? How is he on a different level compared to that vice captain? He sent me flying with just one strike."
