Perhaps sensing Joshua Sulliven's deep resentment, Tristan Leaf looked up blankly at Joshua, who immediately squinted his eyes, gesturing for him to get off Keira Leaf wisely.
Tristan Leaf opened his mouth to eat the food Keira fed him, patiently chewing while fixing his gaze on Joshua Sulliven.
Joshua furrowed his brows and shot him another look, but the little rascal pretended not to understand, instantly darkening Joshua's expression even more. He reached out and plucked him out of Keira's arms.
Tristan kicked his legs in protest, while Joshua said in a warm voice, "You're getting so heavy. Daddy will hold you so you don't tire out mommy..."
Keira smiled and did not bother with the father and son's shenanigans.
After the meal, Keira turned and went back to her room to apply makeup since there was a dinner party that night, and Joshua planned to take her and Tristan out for a stroll.
