Noticing that he had moved away a bit, Keira Leaf gently opened her eyes and quietly looked at the man in front of her. Her cat-like eyes were as clear as a pool of azure sea, as if she would be startled by the slightest disturbance.
Keira carefully looked at Joshua Sulliven without initiating conversation.
Joshua stared at her for a while, then felt unnatural and shifted his gaze away. As the elevator door opened again, he snorted and turned around to leave.
Watching his retreating figure, Keira let out a long sigh, leaned against the elevator, and slid down to squat on the ground. It was too terrifying...she was scared to death...
